I don't know

Spaced Out Book

I found this book and it is radical radical. maybe I'll ask for it for my birthday.

cheap confession

went to whole foods. I bought celery, a carrot, a piece of ginger, 5 lb. of brown rice, an apple, 6 eggs, and T.P... 23 dollars. I did it because... I wanted to buy short grain brown rice in bulk. and I was just gonna get that... but then I didn't feel like making another stop... and I didn't go to Berkeley Bowl cause I didn't want to deal with crowds and parking. I guess I'll have the rice for a while... I guess I did get a lot of rice. man, living is expensive. On the upside I bought a bag of coffee at Grocery Outlet the other day for four dollars and I'm brewing that in the morning instead of going out, and BONUS it has an image of a lion cradling a black sheep on the package. On the downside that means I have no reason to get dressed and get out of the house in the morning but hopefully a new motivation will descend upon me. like, a job... but I only sort of want a job.

Andro Wekua

I went to Ooga Booga and I saw a book by this guy. I couldn't justify spending however much it was... but I love it. I want to steal steal steal from this guy

How to stumble in to the free and easy way of being cheap

We had such an amazing time in L.A... now I want to move there. I'm going to save every penny to move.... plus I'm broke from too much fun... which is the best reason to be broke of course. so, I am starting a new category of this blog entity called cheap crap. In other words free fun plus cheap food. I can no longer afford to be fancy. but check this out:
morgan's mom bought him this instant miso soup:shredded dumpster yam hash with seaweed sesame rice seasoning:this lettuce was purchased and the cuke is from grocery outlet. the tomatoes are from the dumpster. vinagrette with mayo is administered.
now we're going to make collages with things from morgans house... more later cheapies.

song is so good. thank you magic internet for containing my dreams and the fluff that creates my dreams. in the world of this song water isn't chlorinated and nobody breaks up, and I have a best friend who is a snake with long girly eyelashes and polkadotted clothing. thank you master of fate that made me born in this time.

Everything I have ever Desired

tooth crush spice root

I was eating some fresh baby ginger (like an apple) and something about it made me happy and I realized that Spring is coming. hot pink ginger so fresh you can eat it with the skin on, so fresh, it has an inner light that shines outward. Thank you undisclosed grocery store, for your magical treats. This is the beginning of the suns return, and everything is alright.

Agent Ribbons

this is the first time in a while I've seen someone with pink hair that didn't look like some kind of foolio, mabe because the way this girl sings makes it seem like her hair might just grow out of her head that color. Love ta love ya, baby.

pocket in the sky
a million miles of lint filling
doing donuts in heaven with elvis presley
a millionaire in my mind
thats what you get
when you die
whatever you want

I've laid this island sun a 1000 times
I'm on it
But I'm going strange
This island's chills and shell cover me
With winded rock
And skies I've got yet to see
I tried
I even sent in friends
They did it as a favor
Cause I'm not that way
I am the autumn in the scarlet
I am the make-up on your eyes

I land to sail
Island sail
Yeah, we're movin
Yeah, we're movin
This island's sun I've laid 1000 times
Fortune me
Fortune me
Of all my mistakes
I think I lent you late

But I've never seen a scarlet
Or a riot or the violence of you

I land to sail
Island sail
Yeah, we're movin'

Linda rondstadt living doll baby

I didn't really understand linda because her face only existed in stacks of shitty thrift store records with barbara streisand, they were like roommates at the goodwill. But suddenly today I really wanted to listen to the song "desperado", and I wanted to hear it sung by a girl. and she was singing it on youtube and I understood what it was about this girl that made bicentennial america swoon. love ya girl, sorry it took me so long to see.
